Abstract
Disposable medical syringes are widely used in clinical medicine. Routine infusions and injections rely on syringes. Vaccines and syringes must be treated to prevent bacterial contamination during transport. To ensure product quality, appropriate sterilization equipment is essential. Disposable medical syringes are sealed before leaving the factory. If packaging damage is found during transport, the syringe must not be used.
Disposable medical syringes are single-use medical supplies. A complete syringe consists of several main parts: the plunger rod, plunger, barrel, needle hub, needle shaft, and needle tip. It is a commonly used medical supply in clinical settings. Currently used syringes are made of high-quality plastic and are discarded after a single use, greatly reducing the risk of cross-infection during injection. The product is often connected to a hypodermic needle for injecting or withdrawing liquids or gases into or from body tissues. They can also be used with medical equipment and containers, such as in some chromatographic scientific instruments, to inject through rubber septa. Injecting air into a blood vessel can cause air embolism. To remove air from a syringe to avoid embolism, invert the syringe, gently tap it, and then expel a small amount of liquid before injecting into the bloodstream.
