Job Description
1. Undertake research and development projects, develop new products, write project proposals, collect and analyze foreign materials and information;
2. Responsible for tracking the product production implementation process and resolving related issues (including design related issues such as product design, process, and inspection); Develop manufacturing process specifications, quality standards, etc. for products;
3. Cooperate with the quality department to carry out process confirmation, verification, and other work, and participate in the stability work after production conversion in coordination with the production department. Cooperate with registration and improve registration information;
4. Responsible for collecting, improving, and archiving relevant technical documents during the product development process of the R&D department, and submitting them to document control in accordance with company regulations.
Job requirements
1. Experience in the development of Class II active medical device tonometers is preferred. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medical engineering, metal materials, mechanical design, medical device engineering, material processing, biotechnology, or related fields;
2. Able to quickly learn and use drawing software (2D electronic drawing files, 3D modeling and other drawing software);
3. Possess certain English proficiency, able to independently read technical documents and communicate via email;
4. Strong communication skills; Ability to independently design, develop, analyze, and solve problems, with strong hands-on skills;
5. Priority is given to those with experience in the development of Class II active medical devices such as tonometers.
